Katy is my home. I graduated from Katy High School when it was still a small town and came right back home after a brief time away getting my BBA. I’ve got decades of roots here that make me want to see the whole area grow and flourish, along with the investors and first-time homeowners who build their homes and legacies here.
Hyperlocal expertise: I’ve lived in some of the most established neighborhoods in town: West Memorial, Heritage Square, Falcon Point (lived in five different houses there), Falcon Ranch, Parkway Oaks, Parkway Lakes, and Old Katy. And I’ve turned into an expert at selling and buying in Governors Place, Heritage Square, Falcon Point, Parkway Oaks, Cinco Ranch and really any subdivision in the Katy area.
That extensive local know-how always comes in handy when my clients want to get into the exact neighborhood they’ve been dreaming about (or sell their home and find the next big dream).
It’s all about family.
I understand what it’s like to want the best possible home for the people you love. My husband Johan and I are raising three beautiful kids of our own right here in Katy, Texas. If you’re really lucky, you might meet my house-flipper in training, Eli. Yes, he’s a little young (at age 13) to be a real estate mogul, but everyone agrees he’s a natural. You might also get to meet my youngest son JJ and the newest little boss lady, Cristina.
Johan is a pro baseball player who now coaches elite youth teams in Katy and Cypress. He also serves as a hitting coach for the Sugar Land Skeeters. My dad is still pastoring close by, at Westland Baptist Church, and Johan’s father, Papi MVP, moved from Cuba to be with us.
My siblings stuck around to make their homes in Katy as well. One brother is pastoring at Bayou City Fellowship in Cypress. Another brother and sister-in-law own Meadows Tree Service. And my sister and her husband own Cody’s Tree Service. They also own Turquoise Acres, a ranch complete with petting zoo, plus an 18-wheeler/RV/boat storage lot next door.
We’re lucky enough to have lots of extended family all over the Katy area. I’m slowly converting them to the joys of real estate. Blink twice and we’ll be a dynasty.
And maybe also about winning.
As a student it was wrestling. I fought match after match, all the way to the state championship. Today, it’s winning for my clients – whether that means selling higher than your asking price, or closing without a single renovation beforehand. It’s all a win to me.
And that’s exactly what I’ve been doing in the twelve years since I became a real estate agent… closing over 248 deals right off the bat.

You’ll find a pro photographer too, to make the listings look like a fairy tale. My network took 16 years to build, but it can be at your disposal tomorrow.
I’ve been on both sides.
In one decade I bought twenty houses, and felt all the thrills and stresses that came with each investment. After managing a portfolio of single-family homes as a landlord, I decided I wanted to be able to buy, sell, and negotiate on my own. So I jumped into my career as a full-time realtor and never looked back. Because of my background I can empathize with my clients. I know the joy of investing in a 15-year mortgage, and watching it pay off. I’ve helped families buy their first homes on a solid 30-year loan and watch their starter homes appreciate quickly to the point where they had a large down payment for their next home. It’s amazing that home-ownership allows you to touch and build and live in your investment. That thrill is a one-of-a-kind experience that never gets old.
